Vintners Series and customer service
I signed up for the Vintners Series Membership a few months ago. My most recent shipment, which included a nice Cabernet, came a day later than the estimated window, which was a minor inconvenience, but the wines themselves were very good as always. One of the bottles from the previous month arrived with a cork that seemed a bit off, so I contacted customer service. They were actually pretty helpful; I got a prompt response and they offered a credit for my next order without any fuss. The website was easy to navigate when I was setting up my preferences for red-only. Overall, even with the slight delivery delay this time, the wine quality and customer support make this a club I'll stick with for a while. It's a reliable way to try new wines.

Consistent Classic Series
I've been with Wine of the Month Club for a few years now, mostly on the Classic Series. My last box arrived right on time, just like the others have. The selections were, as usual, solid and enjoyable. It's nice to know what to expect. I appreciate that the quality hasn't dropped off. That's why I keep renewing my membership here instead of trying other clubs. No surprises, just good wine every month.
